What does this session cover?
This session is an introduction to using art to express yourself. The techniques you learn can be shared with your children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. The aim of this workshop is to enable you to express yourself through art and talk about how you feel. This is not a recreational activity, or an art lesson and participants do not need to have any previous experience in art, but it will be helpful to come alone prepared to share thoughts and feelings.
When? Monday 14th January 2019 10.00 am (prompt start) – 12.00 am.
Where? Co-op Sports and Social Club, Stockingstone Road, Luton – Ascot Rooms, to reach these please drive past main building on your left, parking is free.
Who can attend? This session is open to parent carers of children/young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
Note: The Workshop Leader also speaks Urdu and can translate into Urdu, if required.
Unfortunately, we will not have crèche facilities available, therefore we cannot accommodate children at this session.
